After months of prepping on Smallkid's behalf, the exhibition was a success. I don't think anyone really knew how many people would submit work, since it was left so open to public submission. Well I didn't anyway - even though people were posting pics on facebook before the event. I had no idea so many different artist's would have work there, it was absolutely sick. So many different things going on - I kept seeing something new every time I looked. Then again, I was absolutely battered...
One of the walls filled. Top to bottom, left to right.
My triptych that I managed to pull off at last minute. Although they were the wrong way round when I got there. Note to self: Leave instructions next time...
'Don't believe the type'
Another of mine. It had sold before I even turned up! Which filled me with confidence for an animation for a screen-saver I want to make. Still not sure of a title for it. Few ideas but still not happy with any of them so watch this space for when the animation happens....
The last piece of work submitted by me. Hands (again), but this was just a practice for the triptych.
Simeon of Bantum's submissions. We were still finishing these watching the world cup when they were supposed to be in the day before. Standard. (I'm still not even sure if the fry-up is finished??)
